Once we receive your request, a member of our Admissions Team will reach out by phone or email to get to know your family and schedule your visit.

Our Admissions Team at Hamilton Christian Academy is here to support you every step of the way. We offer personal campus tours for prospective families—both in person and virtually. You can request a tour by filling out our Campus Tour Request Form, or join us for one of our Open House Events held throughout the school year.

What Happens After You Apply?
Once your application and we've had time to meet, our Admissions Team will follow up with any remaining documents needed to complete your child’s file.

These may include:

• Immunization records

• Teacher and/or church references

• Report cards

• Behavior reports

Don’t worry—we’ll let you know exactly what’s needed to keep the process moving smoothly!

Admissions Review Process
After we’ve received all required documents and entrance test results, your child’s application will be carefully reviewed by our Admissions Committee. This team thoughtfully considers each applicant’s academic records, test scores, and other supporting materials before making an enrollment decision.

Possible outcomes include:

• Offer of Enrollment

• Placement in the Wait Pool

• Does Not Meet Admissions Criteria

Our goal is to ensure that each student is placed in an environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and spiritually.

Notification of Admission Decision
Once a decision has been made, our Admissions Team will notify your family by email.
